<H3> I had been hosting with Alexhost for months, they've been very helpful to a point.
I had a problem where my IP was listed on Spamhaus and they changed my IP for me and help me set up email servers, which I paid them to do.
I had then gotten suspended, I was confused - they told me because I was spamming emails. I explained to them that they set up my email servers and if its done incorrectly it may be because of that, they unsuspended me and told me theyll let me know what to change.
I thought everything was ok as they unsuspended me and not replied to me at all. Now this month come, and they've suspended me again, so I've contacted them and told them that they told me theyll let me know what to fix but havent gotten back to me. As my site is on wordpress it sends receipt emails out by itself and nothing more, I dont do any manual emails whatsoever. I told them its their fault as they are the ones who set up the servers
I think they took it offensively and told me that its not their fault and they will not unsuspend me. Now all my website files are there and I cannot access them and my accounts banned for no reason whatsoever.
This is ridiculous and I suggest staying away from Alexhost if you dont want all your website files to dissapear one day.
I want to be off spamhaus as much as them and theyve not provided me that support even though I've paid 60 euro to have my email servers set up for me.
Within the last few months I've had offline time for their maintenance around 24 hours, I've been suspended time off for around 48 hours or more. This is too much for someone just trying to run a website without issues. Maintenance is understandable but suspending someone for no reason makes no sense to me.
Ive been attempting to explain the situation but its clear that they dont even read my messages in whole and just ignore it. Im sure if anyone of their team actually read my message in whole they will understand the situation and help me out if anything.

<H3> I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Baby-Markt.ch, and I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about their poor practices. On 06.10.2024, I attempted to purchase a stroller worth 894.02. Due to a technical issue on their website, the order was never completed, yet they still debited the full amount from my account.
Despite contacting their customer service immediately, I was given the runaround. They initially promised that the blocked funds would be released within 2-3 days, but that never happened. Instead, I received a partial refund of 835.42, leaving me 58.60 short. Baby-Markt.ch refuses to take responsibility for the missing amount, blaming their payment provider Klarna. However, Klarna claims that Baby-Markt.ch, as the merchant, is responsible for the refund.
This back-and-forth has left me without the full amount, and neither Baby-Markt.ch nor Klarna is willing to resolve the issue. The lack of accountability from Baby-Markt.ch is unacceptable. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, showing no effort to resolve a mistake that was clearly on their side.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against purchasing from Baby-Markt.ch. They are untrustworthy, and their poor customer service will leave you chasing after your own money.

<H3> Do not rent from this company. First UK rental was for a Tesla Model Y. On collecting the vehicle I was advised that charging costs were included. At first charge the car would not charge. Took it to Tesla dealer who advised that charging port was inoperative. Wasted a day of holidays trying to get a replacement car in Southern England and in spite of Stixt call centre advising there was a replacement Tesla available at Southampton the Stixt office knew nothing of the conversation and had no Teslas. After a long delay I was given a Peugeot SUV which meant I had to pay for fuel. I was also slugged for a “premium location” fee which was not included in the hiring contract.
Second rental (yes I’m a slow learner & Stixt had promised to refund the additional costs) was from London Saint Pancras station. Again I was slugged for a “premium location” fee which was not disclosed at the initial hiring from the Sixt depot.
Communication re the first rental was hopeless. I was continually advised that “the Manager was away and would fix it on his return” which turned out to be hogwash.
Not only was the first high car faulty but it was in poor condition with badly scratched wheel rims & body dents.
I will never rent from this company again and urge others to be very careful </H3> |

<H3> TERRIBLE contract and cancellation policy. This company was fine until we decided to make out fleet a bit smaller. When we called to cancel a few of the devices on our account, they essentially told us that we needed to return the devices (fine, we were just renting them), and then continue to pay for the contract for another year and a half in order to cancel it. Again, this was just a cancellation on part of the contract as we were still utilizing a few of the trackers.
READ the contract in full, and understand that you will pay them for years even if you no longer use the service. They are inflexible, and I think it's pretty telling that they don't have a google business account, etc. so the public can see these reviews. </H3> |

I have tried all the name-brand shoes and off-the-shelf soles, but nothing has been as comfortable as these. Nothing beats the comfort of custom, they really hug my arches nicely. The fact that they add a little extra height doesn't hurt either. So far, the cycling ones have been great too. My feet are much less sore when I unstrap my cycling shoes. Worth every penny. </H3> |

I had to call both Amazon and Intelcom 2 x each. Got nowhere with Intelcom. They made the error & passed the buck to Amazon. Amazon did their best with refunding but I missed the prime deals. Intelcom has no accountability and now I'm stuck with them. How horrid. </H3> |

The shoes are nearly an identical knockoff of a much more expensive shoe that I already have but needed in colors that were only available at superlady. I've never applied for a loan where they tell you what cards to go to your nearest store and put money on it and then call them back just to prove that you're able to pay for your monthly payments.
